Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Synkin, operated by Arbaz ("we"). By using Synkin you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Apple's standard licence terms for apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply.
Your account
You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your Apple ID secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
What you share
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, only to run Synkin. Only share things you have the right to share.
No objectionable content or abusive behaviour
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not use Synkin to share content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, threatening, harassing, violent, or that invades someone's privacy, and you must not impersonate others, spam, or try to break or misuse the service.
You can report a post, story, reply or message, and block a person, from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
Safety features
Check-ins, reminders, location sharing, live links, arrival timers and SOS help the people you choose keep in touch. Synkin is not an emergency service and does not contact emergency services. Notifications and location can be delayed or fail (for example with no signal, low battery, or notifications turned off). In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Ending things
You can stop using Synkin and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect others.
The service
Synkin is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and secure but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Synkin means you accept the updated terms.
