Getting started

Sign in with Apple, add your name, photo and where you live, then create a circle and send the invite link or 6-digit code to your partner or family. If someone invited you, open their link, or choose "I was invited" and enter the code.

Report or block someone

Press and hold a message or reply, or use the ••• menu on a post or story, and choose Report. You can also block the person there. Blocked people are listed in Settings → Blocked people. We review every report within 24 hours.

Location and safety

Location sharing is off until you turn it on in You → Location & safety, and you can pause or stop it at any time. SOS alerts the people in your circles and shares your location until you say you're safe. Synkin doesn't contact emergency services; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Notifications

If notifications don't arrive, check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Synkin, and the notification options in Synkin's Settings.

Delete your account

You → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
